Job Description
Responsible for booking/canceling and amending air, car, hotel, limo, ferry and any other travel-related customer query received via emails or phones for international Travelers primarily from UK & US.
• GDS as well as travel booking on GDS experience preferred.
• Flexible with rotational shift timings
• Good knowledge of IATA & IATA Areas
• Strong geographical knowledge
• Knowledge of Fare rules & Price itinerary
• Well aware of the type of Journey
• Knowledge of Routing Scenarios with the ability to give a logical route option with 3-4 travel routes/airports.
• Aware of Airlines Hubs, Major Airlines
• Issuance & Re-issuance: WFRF entry + Steps one follow to check
