Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle management (Rolling out of Offer letters, Onboarding activities, Documentation, Form filling, Induction, probation confirmation, employee engagement, exit formalities and other related activities)Responsible for sourcing candidates as and when the requirement arises.Responsible for Manpower Planning.Setting up of Salary structure of new hires after consulting with Centre Head and Department Head (basis of the case).Developing a healthy employee relationBuilding high retention actions by ensuring the best facilitation is given to employees as per policyResponsible for learning and development of employees and imparting monthly training at Centers.Ensuring employee engagement activities and R&R initiatives are in place has a big impact on employee retentionEnsuring the center is equipped with staffing and proper staff mix is there as per business.Skip, rapport and employee sense check sessions from time to time to know the feel of employeesUpdating all stat. registers and calendars as per govt regulationsSharing of all payroll-related inputs as and when required to HO.Being the employee champion so that employee feels at ease in reaching out and sharing any concern or feedback.Analysis of local employee facility, market wages trend, attrition, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be an MBA/PGDM-HR with min. 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.Should be ready to travel within the city or HO as per requirement.Candidates who are residing nearby area will be more preferred and with good communication skills, Good knowledge of Excel is mandatory.Strong willingness to learn & develop within HR function.Ability to act in confidential and sensitive manner
