Job Description
• Candidate with experience in import & export Banking from the Manufacturing Industry are preferred · LC opening for import of raw materials & Bank Guarantee · Timely Submission of documents with the bank in relation to Import for LC & Non-LC transactions and follow up for the same. · Follow up with the bank for marking off Bill of entries in IDPMS Statement and also follow up for marking off the outstanding entries in ORM in pursuance of RBI guidelines from time to time · Coordination with different team members / auditors for information in relation to Import export & Forex, BG, LC etc. · Manage daily transaction of Inland LC / Foreign LC / SBLC /Buyers Credit / Suppliers Credit Issuance / Amendment / Payments / Acceptance / Lodgment / Bills Retirement / Collection / Discounting. · Submission of IDMPS and EDMPS documents regularly to concerned bank with consultation of factory team. · Online submission of forms related to RODTEP, Duty draw back DGFT · Liaising with various Banks. · Prepare and send MIS reports to Management – weekly / monthly · Respond to Bank for any kind of query pertaining to EDPMS / IDPMS / Import Payment etc. · Maintain report on export payment and follow-up with bank for export payment · Follow up for Bank Realization certificates (BRC) & Foreign Inward Realization certificate (FIRCs) · Reconciliation of all export transactions that have been already scrutinized. · Email correspondence with bank for Forex payment · Ensure that all transaction processing is incompliance with regulatory and bank’s policies, procedures Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: • Day shift Supplemental pay types: • Yearly bonus Experience: • total work: 3 years (Required) Speak with the employer ++1 +880XXXXXX
