About the role...
We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial Exhibitions team. This role focuses on sales and customer service for exhibitors in the lead up to the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
As part of this role, you will also be responsible for the account management of Commercial Exhibitors and will be expected to take a proactive sales approach to source new leads. To be successful in this position, you will enjoy working in a team environment whilst having the ability to work autonomously, show initiative, be organised and passionate.
About you...
Previous experience in sales essential and event management preferred
Strong administration experience including demonstrated experience in presentations
Proven experience developing and maintaining business relationships
Ability to manage and address clients concerns in an appropriate and timely manner
Have superior customer service skills
Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Have an outstanding work ethic and impeccable grooming
Have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
Be legally entitled to live & work in Australia.
Be willing to undertake a police clearance check if required
