JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :
Preparation of documents related to EXIM
Responsible for complete export-Import shipment planning process followed by visit to CFS/Plant/Depot/ Port.
Courier or Online/Email submission of forms related to Customs/banks like FDS bond etc. if required
Follow up with Transporter, Barge operator, surveyor for smooth dock operations
Coordination with Customs House Agent (CHA), Container Freight Station (CFS), Forwarder, shipping line & transportation for smooth operations & timely gate in/out from the port.
CHA/CFS/Shipping Line bill Receiving & booking of all bills as per process in SAP.
Reconciliation of accounts of vendor (transport / CHA / CFS /Surveyor, barge operators those involved in EXIM operations)
Coordination with across departments for undisrupted Export Import of goods
Preparation & making comparison of all tariff involve in Import movements like Shipping line/CHA/CFS all kind of charges.
Preparing Sale Invoice & E-way bill in SAP.
On time Punching GRPO (goods receipt) & PO in SAP .
Preparation of Daily, weekly and Monthly reports
Follow-up with Finance department for bill payment.
Sharing Payment Advices with Service providers within 5 Days of payment from Bank.
Maintain & update all data related to storage of goods in SAP & Excel.
Closely work with Insurance surveyor & barge operators for the reports related to base oil import /UREA shortages & analysis of the data.
Calculation of Shortages.
Sharing Debit note to service provider within 5 Days of payment booking.
Creation/updation of New/existing vendor in SAP by requesting IT & Finance.
Zero Deviation from process/policies.
Maintain high degree of accuracies of data and their integrity with the company SAP systems.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Should be a B.Com. Graduate
Should have experience in EXIM Coordination

MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
