Candidate profile
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• 2-4 years in property and casualty insurance experience
• Should have hands on experience of various insurance monitoring processes like reserving KPIs and metrics, pricing and underwriting KPIs and capital monitoring
• Working knowledge of various functions like reserving, pricing or underwriting.
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong time and work management skills
• Strong ability to learn technical and business knowledge
Key responsibilities:
• Designing, configuring and testing different tools for validating and challenging Line 1 models and methodology
• Understanding of Solvency II directives and it's implication on Standard formula for Capital requirements
• Ability to develop new and creative solutions to the clients on different projects
• Analyse the business problems and work with the team to develop effective dashboards
Ability to understand technical analysis and explain, discuss with the seniors in the team independently.
