Position: Exp Cust Exp Professional
Location: Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Responsible for all the commercial aspects of the customer Billing transactions:
o Bid Stage:
§ Ensuring scrutiny of the Tender documents from commercial perspective considering Tax planning, EXIM planning, preparation of transaction methodology for smooth execution
§ Organize Earnest Money Deposits (EMD)
o Execution Stage:
§ Getting order released in SAP and matching it with Customer PO conditions.
§ Follow up with internal and external customers for documents required for dispatch to ensure prerequisite for billing and clearances are in place
§ Billing, Documentation for further submission to customer for release of payment, Generate Proforma Invoice, Tax Invoices in SAP
§ Ensuring to book Invoice/billing as per Customer PO terms & material movement and driving timely billing as per PO terms
§ Organizing issuance of Bank Guarantee and its subsequent collection upon expiry from Customers.
o Post Execution:
§ Documentation support for Tax audits/assessments and maintaining repository of such documents for future reference
§ Aligning with AD Banker to organize Project Exports approval and periodical reporting to AD Banker.
§ Handling Merchanting Trades and compliance to Master Directions of RBI
§ Providing supporting documents required for Audits, Tax Assessments, Statutory Forms, etc.
Knowledge required:
o System/Software/Applications/ERP:
§ Basic Level- MS Office - Word, Excel, Power point
§ PS/SD Module of SAP
§ Basic Level- Trade finance topics like Letter of credits, Bank Guarantees.
o Goods and Services Act
§ Basic Knowledge about application of GST Laws and more specific on application of CGST, SGST and IGST, create awareness on the applicability of concessional GST.
§ Guide business team on applicability of GST rates, and create a better understanding of Works Contract
§ HSN /SAC classification in billing.
o EXIM:
§ Basic knowledge about Imports and Exports norms.
§ INCO Terms used in Domestic and International Trade
o Experience in Execution of Projects
o Basic knowledge about Insurance requirement in Project
o Good in Communication skills (Verbal/written)
Qualifications required:
o Graduate in Commerce
o Post Graduate in Commerce / International business / operations/business management or of similar sort would be added advantage
o MBA- Finance would be added advantage
