We are hiring for leading INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL VOICE PROCESS for GURGAON location
JOB PROFILE : Opening for EXPEDIA VOICE PROCESS
INBOUND CUSTOMER SUPPORT !!
5 days working with night rotational shifts & 2 rotational offs.
Both side free cabs for Delhi & Gurgaon candidates.
(Candidates from Noida & Ghaziabad can't apply)
Requirements : Graduates and Under Graduates with minimum 6 months of International voice process experience can apply.
We are looking for Immediate joiners only
Excellent Communication skills in ENGLISH speaking is mandatory.
(Freshers can't apply)
RESPONSIBILITIES : It's International Travel Process of Expedia where you will be receiving Inbound calls of international customers regarding Reservations, Bookings and Cancellations of tour packages and helping them by solving problems.
SALARY : salary can go upto 2+k ctc per month + variable incentives & overtime upto 15K per month
monthly earning potential will be above 35k per month including incentives.
