Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, possess excellent time management skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate executives' schedules, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
• Communication Handling: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and communications.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for executives as required.
• Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Document Management: Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Project Assistance: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Office Administration: Oversee general office operations, including supply management and liaising with facility management services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
