Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Restoration Project Manager to lead and oversee complex concrete repair and restoration projects. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate all phases of project execution, from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and technical restoration processes will drive successful outcomes while maintaining safety and client satisfaction. Duties
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of concrete restoration projects across various sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively
Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope, budgets, and timelines
Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project requirements and identify potential challenges early on
Utilize construction estimating tools to prepare accurate cost estimates and manage budgets effectively
Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with contract terms using Bluebeam/Procore for document review and markup
Assist in procurement processes for materials such as concrete mixes, reinforcement materials, and specialized restoration products
Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and resolve issues promptly
Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders
Ensure all work complies with local codes, industry standards, and contractual obligations
Skills
REQUIRED: Proven experience managing concrete restoration
Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices and regulations
Proficiency in project management tools including Construction management software for scheduling and tracking. PROCORE experience a plus!
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation review
Expertise in contracts administration and negotiation strategies
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with construction estimating techniques using Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively across various phases of construction projects
Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Hands-on experience with construction site operations involving concrete repair techniques and materials
