Description:

Are you a creative individual who loves designing user experiences that delight and inspire? We have an exciting opportunity for an Experience Designer to join our talented team in the story telling industry. As an Experience Designer, you will play a key role in crafting user-centric experiences that enrich customer interactions and drive business success. This is a chance to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional design solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop user-centric experiences across a variety of platforms, including what’s app, web, mobile, and other digital interfaces.
Utilize user research and data-driven insights to inform design decisions and create intuitive solutions that meet user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers in Singapore, to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to communicate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback, ensuring optimal usability and accessibility.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. (Preferred but not a deal breaker)
Proven experience as an Experience Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on user empathy and crafting delightful experiences. -
Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment is a plus.
