5 plus years of experience

Agile experience (has worked as a part of an agile team)
Ideally financial services experience
Leverages human-centered design methods (design-thinking, service design, research/insights, etc.)
You'll be expected to be not just comfortable with visual design but have the ability to think strategically about content
Lastly, you'll need to be able to communicate effectively within a large organization to make sure the support from various stakeholders exists and their needs are addressed
An experience architect (XA) is a professional adept at planning and designing the user experience architecture of our customer-facing interfaces
The XA understands the methods and tools for creating taxonomies, user flow diagrams and screen layouts, and fundamentally understands the methods and concepts related to findability and usability
