What You’ll Do:
As an Experienced Field Service Technician, your role will be crucial in delivering top-tier service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing advanced routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of air compressors.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, ensuring rapid and efficient resolutions to minimise downtime for our valued customers.
Providing exceptional technical support and guidance to clients, building trustworthy relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Installation of new equipment and commissioning.
Assembling and testing new equipment.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a driven and highly skilled air compressor technician who possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the air compressor industry.
The ideal candidate will possess:
2 + Years proven experience in servicing and maintaining air compressors and ancillary equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for explaining technical issues clearly and courteously to customers.
A valid Australian driver’s license is essential, and certifications such as Forklift and EWP are highly desirable.
