Job Description
Funk Coffee and Food Victoria Square is looking for an experienced barista to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso, coffee, and specialty beverages
Perform latte art with precision and creativity
Handle approximately 6-7 kg coffee beans daily
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Provide excellent customer service during extremely high-pressure morning rush hour
Requirements:
Proven experience as a barista
Proficiency in latte art
10-15 hours per week ( Potential for more hours for the right candidate.
Ability to work Monday to Friday (no weekend shifts) including early shifts starting at 6:30 AM
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
Friendly and positive attitude with a passion for coffee
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.35 – $31.19 per hour
