Around 30 hours per week
Rostered Monday to Saturday across five or six days
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a seasoned barista who can run a busy coffee bench with speed, calm, and consistency. You should be confident dialling in, maintaining quality through peak periods, and producing clean, repeatable latte art every shift.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Dial in espresso and adjust throughout service
Produce consistently excellent espresso and milk based coffee
Maintain strong milk texture and presentation standards
Keep the bench clean, stocked, and organised
Deliver friendly, efficient service and support the team
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Minimum three years of barista experience in a busy cafe
Full latte art capability with consistent pours
Strong espresso fundamentals and confident dial in habits
Reliable, punctual, and professional under pressure
Clear communication and a team-first mindset
