This position will utilize Bentley OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, ProjectWise, Autodesk Civil 3D, and other software to create structural/bridge designs and details for engineering contract documents
Task assignments may include developing technical CADD details of various and potentially increasing complexity and ability to generate concise design phase deliverables such as plans, profiles, sections, 3D models, and quantities
Ensure that deliverable responsibilities adhere to a level of quality consistent with WSP and industry standards for design, accuracy, and functionality
Develop details with minimal verbal direction from mark-ups, sketches, and examples
Ability to execute tasks and develop contract documents as part of a multi-discipline team
Work closely with engineers to resolve design details or discrepancies, and to prepare drawings which require a high degree of precision on projects of basic to moderate complexity and/or scope
