Kahane & Associates, P.A., an award-winning consumer finance litigation law firm located in Plantation, is seeking skilled and passionate collections legal assistants/paralegals. Interested candidates must meet the requisite qualifications stated below.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling a large collection caseload.
• Strong attention to detail which includes the ability to self-edit.
• Ability to independently draft pleadings, motions and notices for attorney review.
• Must be driven, have exemplary work ethic, ability to multitask with a great attitude and minimal supervision.
• Calendar court deadlines and maintain attorney calendars.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).
