Job Description
The Network seeks a highly experienced Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to lead projects within the Federal Government agency's Cyber Security department.
About the Position:
This role requires expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues while fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
Experience in the Cyber Security field and Essential Eight is mandatory for success.
You will be responsible for developing effective communication, technical solutions, and productive relationships to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Successfully manage and deliver projects that impact the organization at large.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules in line with the agency's framework.
Contribute to project design, governance arrangements, and operational integration across teams.
Evaluate project deliverables and milestones for timely completion and budget adherence.
Coordinate strategic planning for longer-term project initiatives, including communication strategies.
Invest in staff development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Offer expert advice and feedback to stakeholders and the executive team.
