Must have comprehensive knowledge of all required table games and be certified by Table Games management before being scheduled to work
Basic math skills are essential
Must have the ability to utilize arms and hands equally, allowing them to deal all games accurately and proficiently, meeting Oxford’s standards
Must have the ability to freely “walk the game” to effectively protect company assets
Must be able to bend and reach for extended periods of time
Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS DEALING EXPERIENCE
Must demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
All dealers must pass audition and deal Spanish 21 by day 45 and Mini Bac by day 80
All full time dealers must deal all core games
Physical Demands and Work Environment
May need to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
This position requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, walking, and reaching
Responsibilities
