Our well-established and busy practice is looking for a skilled Dental Implant Treatment Co-ordinator / Dental Assistant to join us. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our surgeon across multiple Brisbane locations, playing a key part in guiding patients through their implant journey—from initial consultation through to final outcomes.

About the Role
You’ll enjoy a varied and engaging position that includes:
Coordinating dental implant treatment plans and supporting digital planning
Assisting chair-side during consultations and procedures
Building strong, supportive relationships with patients
Working across our clinics including but not limited to Camp Hill, Mt Gravatt, and Chermside (travel allowance provided)
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is not only experienced, but also warm, proactive, and team-oriented:
Certificate III in Dental Assisting (essential)
Solid experience with dental implants (essential)
Experience with digital implant planning (Implastation) is highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative
A positive attitude and adaptability in a varied role
Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinating implant cases, including liaising with patients, reps, and hospitals
Supporting the surgeon during patient consultations
Chair-side assisting for procedures under local anaesthetic
Taking intraoral scans and clinical photos
Sterilisation and stock control
General administrative support to keep the practice running smoothly
Travelling between clinics and transporting implant kits to hospitals when required (travel allowance provided, own car and license required)
Permanent part-time (min. 30 hours) to full-time (for the right candidate) with no evenings or weekend requirement
