Responsibilities

As a valued member of our estate planning firm, you will play a key role in guiding clients through their estate planning journey with expertise and care

Offer expert legal advice and guidance on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, probate, and tax issues

Draft, review, and edit various estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives

Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and stay updated on legal developments

Meet with clients to evaluate their estate planning needs, analyze their financial situations, and create customized solutions

Collaborate with clients to develop detailed estate plans that align with their goals and protect their assets

Represent clients in legal proceedings, including probate court, when necessary

Negotiate and draft settlement agreements as needed

Manage a caseload while providing high-quality, timely service to clients

Oversee the execution of estate planning documents

Engage in firm-wide initiatives like client seminars, workshops, and marketing efforts

Maintain ethical standards and ensure client confidentiality at all times

Stay informed about changes in estate planning laws and regulations, sharing insights with colleagues and clients

Compensation
