Oversee all event operations, including venue preparation, invitations, food, drinks, and track overall expenses.
Develop and manage event budgets while staying within allocated funds.
Carefully monitor event happenings and resolve problems promptly.
Evaluate event success and submit detailed reports.
Requirements and Qualifications:
6-12 years of experience in Event Management, specifically in Client Servicing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
A portfolio showcasing successful events and your expertise.
Effective vendor management skills to negotiate favorable terms.
A sense of ownership and pride in performance impact on company success.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
