Experienced Front of House Supervisors and Bartenders
Location: Highwater Bar and Eatery (True Hospitality)

Position Overview:
Front of House Supervisors:
Lead by example to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, and foster a positive team environment.
Bartenders:
Bring creativity, precision, and flair to our bar program, delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Front of House Supervisors:
Oversee floor operations during shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Support and train team members to uphold service standards.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational tasks.
Bartenders:
Craft and serve creative, high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages.
Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations and excellent service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
Adhere to all safety and ******* compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume or upscale dining establishment.
A strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills for Supervisors.
Advanced mixology skills and extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer for Bartenders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
