OR Property Ltd is a well-established property maintenance company based in Aberdeen.
We are seeking an experienced Gas / Plumbing engineer to join our reactive / planned business in Aberdeen City & Shire.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of gas, heating processes and plumbing, and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
You will also have good interpersonal skills, with a customer focused outlook and be able to work and communicate effectively on your own and as part of a team.
To be considered for this role, the following is required:
• Must have good boiler experience i.e. fault finding, repair and installation
• Good communicator, able to provide clear updates/reports on jobs attended
• Must have a current full driving licence - company vehicle provided
• Have a flexible and positive attitude
• 3 Years Experience.
We operate an easy to use, state of the art, IOS app to track jobs, enabling us to work smarter with real-time communication between our customers, field staff and office. Full training will be provided.
Uniform will also be provided.
