Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products and accessories that meet clients’ needs.
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.
Upsell additional services or products to enhance client experience and increase revenue opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.
Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education and training.
Experience
Prior experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those new to the profession.
Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment.
Experience with retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
Strong communication skills essential for understanding client needs and collaborating effectively with team members.
