We’re hiring a female licensed Hair Stylist with a strong foundation in modern cutting and elevated colour work to join a fast-growing, high-traffic salon in Mississauga.
This role is ideal for a stylist who is confident behind the chair, detail-oriented, and committed to refining their craft while building a loyal, high-value clientele. An existing client base is considered a strong asset.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Performing a wide range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and extensions with precision and attention to detail
Delivering in-depth consultations to understand client goals and recommend suitable styles, treatments, and maintenance plans
Specializing in modern techniques such as balayage, lived-in colour, and dimensional colour work
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all tools, stations, and work areas
Utilizing salon systems to manage bookings, client records, and retail transactions
Recommending and upselling retail products and services based on client needs
Supporting content creation when needed (capturing transformations and contributing to social media)
Contributing to a positive, team-driven environment and supporting junior team members when appropriate
Assisting with front desk flow when needed, including client check-ins and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed hairstylist with 2+ years of salon experience
Strong cutting skills (this is important)
Confidence in colour services
Some existing clientele is an asset
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Coachable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-client-volume environment
A team-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to supporting one another and contributing to a positive, growth-focused environment
