Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Maintain online reservations
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area including sweeping and mopping, wiping down the counters, sanitizing, vacuuming
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer software (e.g., property management systems).
- Must have phone etiquette.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Multilingual skills are a plus
