The consultant's primary responsibilities include auditing and modernizing HR policies, aligning processes with labor laws and industry norms, and streamlining recruitment, performance appraisal, and payroll procedures. Additionally, they will provide support for training and development plans, employee engagement practices, and balance scorecard implementation.
