Job Description for HVAC Service Technician
We are looking for an HVAC SERVICE TECHS to join our team! You will have the opportunity to service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, mini splits, tankless hwh, combi-boilers and standard boilers. Previous experience is required.
Responsibilities for HVAC Service Technicians:
Sell new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, assisting customers to evaluate repair v. replace.
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Rotating on call schedule
Qualifications for HVAC Service Technicians:
Previous 2+ years experience in HVAC.
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Customer skills and service a must.
Cleanliness and neat presentation a must.
Ability to adhere to HVAC software program guidelines in field.
Valid NJ Drivers License. Background check required on driving record.
NATE Certified a plus.
