Burnett's Plumbing Supplies is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Plumbing Salesman to join our dynamic team! With over 30 years of trusted service, we supply high-quality plumbing products to both trade professionals and DIY customers across Geelong and the Bellarine. We're searching for a passionate individual with a strong background in plumbing sales to help us continue providing top-notch service to our customers.
Position: Plumbing Salesperson
Location: Geelong & Bellarine, VIC
Position: Full-Time/Part-time/Casual
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to trade and retail customers in person, over the phone, and online.
Advise customers on product selection, offering expert knowledge of plumbing products and systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
Maintain stock levels, assist with inventory management, and order products as needed.
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business objectives.
Assist in preparing quotes and processing orders efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of plumbing products, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Friendly and approachable with a passion for customer service.
