About the Firm
We are an estate planning and elder law firm with a focus on special needs planning, probates, guardianships, and conservatorships. Our team is committed to delivering a high-touch, compassionate client experience while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Manage probate, guardianship, and conservatorship cases
Draft, revise, and finalize probate petitions and related documents
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely court filings
Assist attorneys with hearing preparation
Communicate with clients via phone and email; provide backup client support as needed
Maintain case files and update information in the firm’s CRM
Manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and efficiency
Requirements
2–5 years of experience preferred in Georgia probate law
Guardianship and conservatorship experience required
Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
Comfortable in a client-facing role
Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
Experience with law firm CRM software (Actionstep or similar preferred)
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
