Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Maternity Cover)
Location: BANK, Bristol
Contract: 18 month fixed-term (September 2026 – March 2027)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Salary: £38,000+ per year (base + tronc)

About the Role: We're looking for a confident, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join BANK, a neighbourhood restaurant in Bristol known for quality ingredients, smooth service, and warm hospitality. You'll lead the front-of-house team, oversee daily operations, and ensure consistently excellent service throughout the maternity cover contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the FOH team
Oversee daily service, rota planning, stock control, and general running of the restaurant
Drive staff training and uphold service standards
Collaborate with the Senior Management team and owners
Maintain compliance with health & safety and HR processes
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years’ restaurant management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for people, food, and hospitality excellence
