The role
As a SAP SD Lead specializing in S/4HANA at Hitachi Digital Services, youll play a pivotal role in redefining how businesses operate. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead transformative projects in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) space. You'll collaborate with dynamic teams, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey with your expertise in the order-to-cash cycle. Leveraging your skills in SAP configuration and solution architecture, youll define, prototype, and implement cutting-edge designs that enhance efficiency and drive results.
This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a passion for innovation, who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and is eager to mentor diverse teams. With national flexibility and exposure to industries like consumer products, industrial manufacturing, and chemicals, this position combines challenge, growth, and impact. What Youll Bring
• 68+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution experience.
• Expertise in core SD functionalities like pricing, delivery, billing, and sales order processes.
• Proven leadership in 34 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong consulting skills with a focus on client relationship management and team collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present solutions confidently to diverse audiences.
• Experience in key industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, or chemicals.
• Familiarity with SAP ACTIVATE methodology and project management best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).
• A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and fostering innovation within a team environment.
• A bachelors degree and the flexibility to travel up to 80%.
• Experience with SAP Sales Cloud a plus
