Job Overview The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in our organization, using their expertise to address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement in our labor force activities. This position requires a proactive approach to creating reporting and analyzing data to drive business performance in our stores. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Lead task groups and collaborate with cross-functional partners to address labor force activities and improve business performance Perform data gathering tasks, develop solutions, and implement process improvements Produce reports and presentations for teams and leadership to review and utilize Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders Direct and lead a team of professionals, assigning and assessing work, training, and contributing to performance evaluations Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Store insight and ASDS experience are preferred, but not required. You will also need to have excellent quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis, as well as strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
