We aim to match you with clients and runs in & around the Queenstown region.
Work across Queenstown and surrounding areas, providing, in‑home support for Tāngata with personal care needs. In this role you’ll deliver and oversee elements of daily living support including palliative care, bowel care, dementia and mental health support, and medication support/administration within your scope and competency.
You will provide safe, respectful, and person‑centred support in people’s homes, using sound clinical judgement and being mindful of what matters to each person, including their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.
Whakangungu | Training
We provide a structured induction and local clinical support to ensure you are confident in our systems, documentation, and client‑specific protocols. You’ll have access to practical and online modules, regular refreshers, and updates aligned to your personal scope, with clear development pathways and supervision as required.
Mōhou Ake | About You
You will be matched to clients based on your qualifications, scope, and demonstrated competency in complex in‑home care.
Hold a NZQA Level 3 or 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification or be a New Zealand Enrolled Nurse
Love working with people and helping them thrive
Be willing to learn, reflect, and adapt your approach to what matters for each person
Demonstrated experience in complex care (e.g., disability support, aged care, community nursing, or high‑acuity in‑home support)
Committed to culturally safe, respectful support for people from all backgrounds
Intuitive and responsive to people’s needs
Own a smartphone
Have the right to work in New Zealand
Full/restricted driver’s license
