Experienced Travel Consultant – Ticketing & Holidays

Job Type: Full-time | Office-based | Day Shift

Job Responsibilities
• Independently handle walk-in and repeat clients
• Domestic & International air ticket bookings
• Hotel reservations and holiday package bookings
• Fare calculation, reissues, cancellations & refunds
• Customer follow-ups and after-sales service
• Coordination with airlines, hotels, and vendors
Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency
• Hands-on experience in ticketing and holiday packages
• Working knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati
• Ability to handle customers without supervision
Salary & Benefits
• ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
