Job Description
Experienced Videographer & Editor – Social Media Content
Location: North East Melbourne (On-site + Travel to Client Shoots)
About Us:
Socialisha is a fast-growing, full-service social media agency with a growing team and clientele. We create scroll-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, and more across industries like real estate, automotive, construction, cafes, health, and beyond. Our mission is simple: we make brands shine online and deliver real results.
We’re not looking for just anyone. We’re looking for the kind of creative who breathes content creation, lives for trends, and can turn ideas into visually stunning, high-performing social media content.
The Role:
This is your chance to own the creative process. From filming and editing, to photography and concept development, you’ll create content that wows audiences and drives results. You’ll work across multiple industries, producing high-quality, trend-driven social media content that makes an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Film & Produce – TikTok's, Reels, Instagram videos, campaigns, and social-first content that stops the scroll.
Edit Like a Pro – Colour grading, transitions, sound, and dynamic edits that elevate every project.
Capture Stunning Photos – Lifestyle, product, and campaign photography for social and web.
Bring Ideas to Life – Conceptualise creative concepts for campaigns, skits, and client content.
On-Location Shoots – Travel to client sites across Melbourne and deliver polished, professional content.
Stay Ahead – Keep up with trends, techniques, and social media best practices to push boundaries.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in videography and editing for social media, with a portfolio that wows.
Mastery of editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.
Experience creating content for diverse industries: real estate, automotive, construction, cafes, health, and more.
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Reels trends, algorithms, and audience engagement.
A strong visual eye and a knack for storytelling.
Confidence both behind the camera and occasionally on it.
Self-driven, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Driver’s license & access to a car preferred for client shoots.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
Work with a growing team and clientele, taking your skills to new heights.
Full creative freedom—your ideas, your edits, your vision.
Projects across a wide range of industries—never a dull day.
Make a real impact on clients’ growth while building your portfolio with high-level projects.
Be part of a team that celebrates creativity, innovation, and fun.
How to Apply:
Ditch the boring resumes. We want to see your best work, edits, and videography skills. Show us what you can do. Send your portfolio and examples of your content to [email protected].
