Role: WordPress Developer
Experience: 2+ years

Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, develop and maintain rich, scalable & high-performing web applications using WordPress/PHP web frameworks that are cross-browser & mobile compatible.
• WordPress Developers establish and guide website architecture, so sites are attractive and user-friendly.
• Experience in developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Strong knowledge of databases.
• Strong knowledge of the SEO friendly WordPress website development
• Collaborate with members of a creative team.
• Must Have expertise working on SEO-friendly website development using WordPress CMS
• Troubleshoot and test core product software to ensure performance optimization
• Must have the ability to work independently and manage projects and deadlines
• Demonstrate best design and coding practices and work with a team
Qualifications:
1. Working experience in WordPress, PHP (preferably using any MVC frameworks) and MySQL.
2. Innovative and an excellent problem solver.
3. Good team player who proactively works in achieving team & company goals.
4. Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
5. Someone willing to learn and grow with the company.
6. Experience in building SEO-friendly websites.
7. Bachelor or Masters’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Skills:
1. Extensive hands-on WordPress development experience.
2. Sound conceptual understanding of WordPress architecture, short-codes, hooks and coding standards.
3. Extensive development experience in creating/customising WordPress plugins/themes.
4. Sound knowledge of SEO with WordPress.
5. MySQL.
6. HTML / HTML5.
7. CSS / CSS3.
8. Javascript / JQuery.
