About Us:
We collaborate with clients to design and execute event marketing and communication strategies that meet their objectives and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Understand client briefs and develop event strategies that align with client goals.
• Lead ideation sessions with creative teams, create pitch presentations, and deliver results-driven solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
• Oversee event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, and AV production in collaboration with creative and production teams.
• Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and project plans, and manage logistics related to events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event materials, collateral, and promotional items.
• Manage onsite event execution, including supervision of event staff and resolution of any issues or concerns that arise.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee multiple client events and recognize potential issues or conflicts, implementing effective solutions.
Qualifications:
• Graduate or MBA degree.
• 6-8 years of experience in the events industry.
