Role Description
The Talent Development Function is a global team. We enable the organization and its people to grow and achieve their goals today and in the future. One of our key strategic objectives is to expand opportunities for ‘experience based learning’ – considering how we help employees to grow their careers as they work, over and above our formal training programmes and digital resources. If you are familiar with Charles Jennings’ 70/20/10 model, we want to explore growing the 70 by working more closely with business areas and creating more opportunities to learn in the flow of work. This role is a new role, with the aim to start some experiments in this area, with the ambition of scaling at a regional level or shaping to become global solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right mix of creative energy, business stakeholder partnership and organizational skills

Your key responsibilities
Driving opportunities to build learning application through experience based interventions
Building experimental approaches in APAC to test and learn with the aspiration to scale these to global solutions.
Focusing on the 70% of the “70/20/10” model to tie learning to people’s roles and create higher learning application
Partnering with business and HR stakeholders to identify learning needs and then designing, developing, and delivering innovative and engaging experience-based solutions (engaging internal and external stakeholders)
Managing end-to-end regional and global learning programs or interventions
Your skills and experience
Experience of managing complex learning programmes on a large scale
Experience of working in matrixed global organization and being part of a global team
Learning and development design and delivery experience, selecting and/or overseeing vendors where relevant
Experience with virtual and technology based learning/curation
Drive projects end-to-end to ensure objectives are delivered in a structured and commercially relevant way (Planning and organisational skills are key)
Experience of experiential learning, e.g. rotations, mentoring etc.
Stakeholder management with global experience
Experience working in financial services, preferably banking
