What you’ll do
Map, analyse and optimise customer journeys across multiple digital products, channels and engagement touchpoints through AB testing and experience targeting (XT) across our web and app properties
Work closely with Product, UX Design, UX Research, Front end Developers, Data Science and QA to build experiments end to end including, ideation, roadmap, set up, monitoring and reporting
Report, interpret and present qualitative and quantitative insights to aid and inform roadmaps of targeting or testing initiatives to Product Managers and key senior stakeholders in an effective manner
Be an active contributor the Experimentation craft through chapter time initiatives
What you’ll bring
2-3+ years experience in Experimentation (CRO/Digital Optimisation): You should have a strong track record in A/B testing, personalisation, and other optimisation techniques
Deep understanding of Experimentation standards and best practices: You should be familiar with industry standards and methodologies for experimentation
Strong UX/UI design and conversion principles knowledge: You should have a solid understanding of user experience, user interface design, and conversion optimization principles
Experience with stakeholder management and team collaboration: You should be able to effectively manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Technical skills and data analysis experience: You should be proficient in A/B testing tools like Adobe Target and Optimizely, and have experience with data analysis using platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

What you’ll do
