Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Aboriginal Service Design Expert to provide high-level advice on service design principles for Aboriginal customer cohorts. This role requires a strong understanding of Aboriginal cultures and an ability to engage effectively with Aboriginal communities.
Main Accountabilities
To provide expert advice on service design principles for Aboriginal customer cohorts, including identifying relevant Aboriginal stakeholder groups and addressing improvement of outcomes and services for Aboriginal customer cohorts.
To lead the division's engagement with the Department of Customer Service's work relating to Aboriginal customer and employee outcomes under the Aboriginal Customer Engagement Strategy.
To develop strategic and targeted approaches to engagement, collaboration, and innovation to create improved value for the division and Aboriginal communities aligned with organisational and government objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
A strong understanding of Aboriginal cultures and an ability to engage effectively with Aboriginal communities.
Experience working with Aboriginal communities and a deep understanding of their needs and aspirations.
An ability to provide expert advice on service design principles for Aboriginal customer cohorts.
