We seek a skilled Senior Solutions Consultant to join our ANZ Professional Services team in Canberra. This role combines consulting skills with deep technical design and development expertise in the Big Data space. As an Australian citizen with NV1 security clearance or above, you will have the opportunity to develop scalable solutions to solve complex data problems using Hadoop, NiFi, Spark, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customer business and technical teams to understand requirements and develop high-quality solutions.
Design highly scalable and reliable data pipelines to consume, integrate, and analyze large amounts of data from various sources.
Support integration with other data tools and deploy inclusive data quality checks to ensure high-quality data.
Document and present complex architectures for customer technical teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Overall 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years of production experience working with Cloudera, Hadoop, and/or NiFi, Apache, Spark, Hive, Impala, Kafka in regards to data engineering.
Hands-on experience with all aspects of developing, testing, and implementing low-latency big data pipelines.
Demonstrated production experience in data engineering, data management, cluster management, and/or analytics domains.
