We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, resolve complex customer issues, and deliver exceptional service. The Expert Call Center Agent will also support junior agents, handle escalated cases, and contribute to improving overall call center performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling
• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve escalated complaints
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Ensure high customer satisfaction during every interaction
Sales & Targets (If Applicable)
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets
• Promote products and services when required
• Upsell or cross-sell relevant services to customers
Quality & Performance
• Maintain high-quality call standards and compliance guidelines
• Follow scripts while maintaining natural and engaging communication
• Update CRM systems with accurate call details and customer information
• Monitor personal KPIs including call handling time, conversion rate, and customer feedback
Team Support
• Guide and mentor new or junior call center agents
• Share best practices and performance improvement strategies
• Support supervisors in training sessions when required
RequirementsEducation & Experience
• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–5 years of call center or customer service experience
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
