Job Description
We are looking for a talented Product Adoption Expert to enhance product usage and maximize business benefits across Zoom's extensive product range. In this role, you will serve as the crucial link between Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, focusing on delivering exceptional onboarding experiences, effective workflows, and valuable use cases for our diverse customer base while facilitating high-impact interactions.
About the Team
This position works closely with Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Managers, and Product teams to accelerate the adoption of Zoom's cutting-edge solutions, including Zoom Phone, Contact Center, AI Companion, and more.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the adoption authority for specific Zoom products (e.g., Zoom Phone, Contact Center, AI Companion, Rooms).
• Participate in customer calls and workshops to identify use cases and expedite product adoption.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers during product launches, workflow integrations, and renewals.
• Facilitate engaging customer-facing sessions such as office hours, detailed discussions, and workflow clinics.
Strategic Initiatives for Impact
• Implementation Support: Work with customer IT teams to help configure, test, and launch essential Zoom products (Meetings, Team Chat, Scheduler, Mail & Calendar, AIC, Rooms, Digital Signage, Visitor Management, Workspace Reservations, Clips, Notes, Docs & Whiteboard).
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams to develop scalable adoption resources: micro-learnings, playbooks, webinars, and workflow catalogs.
• Execute outreach initiatives, including office hours, community forums, and sessions for customer champions.
• Ensure that new product launches come equipped with adoption-ready materials for immediate use by CSMs and clients.
• Provide strategic feedback to Product teams based on adoption trends and implementation obstacles.
Success Metrics
• Boost the percentage of customers actively utilizing key features and workflows.
• Reduce timeframes for adopting new product releases.
• Maximize engagement through webinars, micro-learnings, and educational content.
• Support renewals and expansion efforts connected to product adoption.

Salary Range:
Minimum: $76,800.00
Maximum: $186,200.00
Zoom's Total Direct Compensation philosophy includes base salary, bonuses, and equity value, taking into consideration your qualifications and experience.
Please note that starting pay may vary based on several factors including location.
