Expert in Real-Time Communication Systems

Real-Time Communications ExpertWe're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and help build high-quality, resilient back-end services that power real-time communications analytics and automation at scale. You'll design APIs, process streaming data, and integrate with voice/telephony and cloud services to deliver low-latency, high-reliability experiences.Design and implement backend APIs (Django/DRF), background/async jobs (Celery/RQ), and secure integrations with external services.Create and optimize real-time data pipelines for call/quality metrics; own observability, tracing, and SLOs (p95/p99).Troubleshoot SIP/VoIP issues using packet captures and logs; automate analysis where possible.Containerize workloads with Docker, contribute to CI/CD, and collaborate on cloud deployment (Azure/AWS).Apply distributed-systems patterns (idempotency, retries, backoff, circuit breakers) for scale and fault tolerance.Model data in PostgreSQL and MongoDB; tune indexes/queries; maintain migration discipline.(Desirable) Develop AI/ML features for analytics, anomaly detection, and conversational agents.Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient back-end services that can handle high volumes of traffic. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that our systems are reliable, secure, and meet the required performance standards.Required Skills:The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including experience with Python, Django, and networking fundamentals. They should also have knowledge of cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS, and containerization tools like Docker.
