Peoplesoft Technical Consultant RoleAs a Peoplesoft Technical Consultant, you will collaborate closely with business partners and developers to gather and analyze project requirements.Collaborate with business partners and developers to gather project requirements.Participate in feasibility studies, planning, and risk management to ensure project success.Develop technical designs to enhance Peoplesoft applications based on business needs.Key Responsibilities:Analyze existing HR and payroll customizations and resolve technical issues efficiently.Provide technical information and support to internal customers to ensure their smooth workflow.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Technical (SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, AWE, Component Interface).Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HR Technical (MSS, Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits).Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.Experience in working on Peoplesoft COBOLs, Linux Shell Scripting, and AWS cloud EC2/RDS implementations.
