managing a portfolio of physical and digital products, and we’re looking for a
full-time Project Manager
to lead cross-functional teams and bring ideas to life with structure, clarity, and execution.
You’ll work closely with product, creative, and marketing teams to turn concepts into plans, track progress, and ensure smooth delivery of product launches and marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage projects from ideation to execution—transforming abstract ideas into structured plans. Manage and coordinate a team of 15+ members across product development, creative, marketing, and operations. Set timelines, assign responsibilities, and keep all projects on track using tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar. Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements to optimize output and reduce bottlenecks. Track project KPIs and performance data to improve delivery and decision-making across product and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with team leads to prioritize tasks and align project goals with company objectives (especially around product testing and paid ads).
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing 15+ people across multiple teams or departments. Strong organizational and leadership skills—you know how to move people and projects forward without micromanaging. Ability to turn a vision or rough idea into an actionable, trackable, and measurable plan. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello). Experience in fast-paced environments (bonus if in eCommerce, product development, or performance marketing). Clear communicator, problem-solver, and data-driven thinker.
