Expert Software Designer

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Requirements Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to understand complex business requirements.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The Requirements Engineer will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying functional and non-functional requirements, and developing system specifications.

They will also be involved in testing and validation of software releases to ensure they meet the required standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• IREB experience preferred

• Knowledge of IREB standards

• Strong understanding of processes and methods in Requirements Engineering

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile
