Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Systems Expert to lead the deployment and ongoing support of critical IT infrastructure platforms.
The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in hospitality IT environments and demonstrates strong analytical skills to identify recurring issues and implement systemic improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and systems to ensure uptime and optimal performance.
• Design and implement infrastructure aligned with hospitality industry needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems affecting hotel operations.
• Analyze system trends and implement proactive enhancements based on best practices.
• Maintain secure systems through regular audits, vulnerability remediation, and coordination with third-party providers.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely patch management and cost-effective service delivery.
• Document infrastructure configurations, system designs, and changes.
• Plan for capacity by tracking system performance and forecasting future infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure system compatibility and policy alignment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Group Policy configuration, multi-factor authentication, VMWare administration, automated patch management systems, server vulnerability remediation, switch/router configuration, PowerShell scripting tools, and cloud platforms such as AWS and MS Azure.
• Proficiency with RMM and patch management platforms such as ConnectWise, SolarWinds, or ManageEngine.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Cisco CCNA are considered assets.
